Music From the Heart
the problem:
Isn't it a right to express who you really are? America has gotten so busy, even when someone speaks its almost as if no one cares to understand. There is hardly a time anymore for anyone to stop and listen. Great ideas and solutions to problems get blocked out because our hearts are only speaking, not listening. But there is something that most anyone can listen to; music.

There are three types of stages to where we can understand through our ears. First we hear, then we listen, then we understand. I believe its time for us to stop hearing and start listening. That way, maybe we can all understand each other.
the plan of action:
My idea is to start a yearly concert where regular people can sign up, invite their friends, and express themselves, whether they sing or play a song or dance. They could write poetry if they chose as well. They can do anything linking to their emotions, something they want the world to understand.
how you can get involved:
I'll be moving to Asheville, North Carolina in the fall, so I'm unable to do much just yet. I don't know how others can help until I move. When I do, I'll need a place to perform, and a group to help me organize.
