At one of our bi-monthly meetings we asked members of our animal committee to volunteer at the event. We helped prepare the shelter dogs the day before by giving them baths and grooming them. On the day of the event H.E.A.T. volunteers aided the shelter employees while running the different activities. After the event, H.E.A.T. volunteers helped pack up materials
