My Journey of Parkour
Check out our videos!
the problem:
Helping people who need inspiration to do what they love, teaching fitness to people who are out of shape, and leading in the community of parkour and freerunning, pushing my peers to do their best.

100why it's important:
It is important to me because I want there to be as much involvement in the parkour community as possible, and I want it to develop so we can follow our passions and inspire other people follow their dreams by capturing our movement.
the plan of action:
I train as passionatly as I can, and push others to do the same whether it be on their own or with me. I try to get as many people involved and interested in parkour as I can. I teach parkour as an Assistant Instructor 3 days a week at APEX Movement, the world's third and largest parkour gym. I hope to one day travel to meet traceurs around the world, and travel to London to recieve my ADAPT certification from the founders of the discipline, so that I can have the highest level of recognition to be able to teach. All the while I plan to film videos to document my journey and the steps in my life.
how you can get involved:
Others can help by showing their friends the art of parkour and just by getting out and going for a run, doing a couple of push-ups, or simply doing something that you love, because that is what inspires others to live to the fullest they can!
