Here is an easy, fun, and free way to lose weight and get fit: WWW.Mypyramid.gov has ways to fill in exactly what you eat everyday and see the amount of calories and nutrition that is a part of everything you eat. Once you've filled out the food, you can continue to your physical activity. If you fill all of this out, you will start to understand whether you are eating too much or too little for your level of physical activity. It's very helpful because most people do not realize how much food they are eating on a daily basis and will start to add the nutrients they are missing to their diet each day. www.mypyramid.gov Our entire class used this program and we all developed new diets and ways to mold our lifestyles to be more active each day. Everyone that gets involved gets impacted!
