The Problem

(from http://www.norfolkadvocatesforchildren.com) The Norfolk Advocates for Children is a partnership of public and private agencies that work together collaboratively to help children who experience physical, sexual and domestic abuse. The NAC offers an immediate response to cases of child abuse and coordinates direct care to these children and families using a child-friendly, culturally sensitive and multidisciplinary approach. The NAC also provides community education, training and advocacy on issues related to child abuse prevention and treatment.

Plan of Action

I volunteer at the annual Style & Beauty Expo that benefits the NAC at Showcase Live in Patriots Place (in MA). I promote the event, and talk to people about the organization and its mission.
