First, we organized meetings and set up entertainment, beverages, and prizes. We also set a date, but had weather delay so it was quickly changed. The day of I designated two girls to run the beverage selling, two girls to referee, and a person to make sure the band "Motorbiscuit" had all they needed to be our entertainment. I worked with the sign in table to make sure all teams were accounted and paid for. Let the fun begin. Our local subway donated 20 free six inch sub certificates for the winners. All said and done we raised close to three hundred dollars for our donation.
