The Problem

The problem that we are trying to solve is that children are discriminated against and undervalued in society. In Bolivia kids are often abandoned and left with no hope and no future. We are giving them love and a safe home with guidance, education, and nutrition to grow up to be fully integrated members of society. We give children value, see their worth, and help them grow. Through our homes and outreach we encourage children to be the best they can be and help them to realize their full potential. For children without parents, under 18 we are their family and provide them with the support that they need to live a full life.

Plan of Action

My plan of action is to expand the donor base and increase the support from the US. Now that I am living in the US my focus will be on keeping the connections of our supporters strong and increasing the involvement of people in the US. My focus will be on getting children more involved. We believe in the power of kids helping kids, and so far it has proved to be an awesome network for our organization. I will be doing fundraisers and getting more penpals, sponsors, and people involved with Niños con Valor to help the children of Bolivia.
