The Problem

The problem im trying to solve is for all of the animal shelters that kill, to be stoped and reversed into a NO KILL ANIMAL SHELTER ONLY!

Plan of Action

My plan of action is to interveiw some of the no kill shelters and see how they feel about all of this. Then I say, we stop all of the killing, make it a law by justice. (You may not! kill any animal/ pet unless you are licensed to and you have a reason) This will be a vary hard goal, but i think we can do it if we try hard enofe
