the problem:
I don't want animals to go to the pound so i call shelters and ask if they are planning for any animals to go to the pound. If they do I make fliers about them and give them to people.

the plan of action:
If they have animals that will go to the pound, I make fliers and give them to people and soon someone might adopt that animal.
