The Problem

We do not want long-timer kitties at the shelters to be neglected over kittens. Our club, Faithful Friends, made fleece blankets and donated them to local shelters. The blankets are very warm and soft for the old kitties to enjoy. We are helping out the shelters, and giving the cats a nice "bed". We are helping Lodi's local shelters, and we hope we inspired more people to donate blankets.

Plan of Action

First my mom bought the soft fleece at the store. Our club knotted the cut ends together. At the next meeting we donated the blankets to the shelters. The volunteer who took our blanket to the cats was very thankful. I know she was excited to see the power of kids in action. The kitties were very, very happy too.
