Eating accomplishes one of the greatest pleasures in the human body. So why are so many people being effected by food? All the sugar and the quantity served nowadays are incredible. All the prices to eat healthy are ridicules. Then all the prices to eat junk food are extremely cheap. Majority of obese humans begin by buying alot of junk food. With only a dollar you can absorb about 1000 CALORIES minimum. A regular amount of calories per day should consist of 2600. Even if a person does realize this noone really looks at labels and what not. People I would say more likely chose the cheapest foods that satisfy their taste buds. How can this be changed? I would recommend more fruits being promoted in deli's with a sign of how many cents per fruit. Fruits arent so pricey and if they are more avaible , just maybe that one student will pick up the apple that is 75 cents over the bag of chips that are 25 cents. Plain salads should be maybe 1.50 per plate. The amount of obese humans can change if we all work together. Everyone questions their image but what good is it if we are only harming ourselves. More proteins and good carbs should be promoted and have prices dropped in order to raise the chances of healthier life styles. How can we enjoy life if we have to worry about what people constantly think about what others are thinking of them? We must take care of ourselves and the first place is learning how much we should be intaking and what we should be eating.
