Obesity in the States

Throughout much of my life, I have always been informed that the United States simply was made up of a bunch of "fat people." This statement was always bothersome to me due to the fact that I was considered to be one of these "fat Americans." I have strived to provide education to young adults on proper health edicate and tryed to make exercise as fun as possible so that we, as a nation, would not be considered overweight.
