The Problem

Open Minds Center is dedicated to providing an open, supportive, and stable environment for LGBTQIA youth. Through education OMC is striving to open the minds of the community and provide a positive social environment for youth and their families. By eliminating negative ideals on sexuality, sexual identity, and gender identity Open Minds Center strives to increase positive self esteem in LGBTQIA youth, making sure LGBT youth accept themselves for who they are and provide strength for one another.

Plan of Action

OMC is planning a fundraiser in January 2011 to kick off many fundraisers that month so that we can find a location and have paper work completed for the center.
