the problem:
The vision of Ophelia’s Voice is to empower girls to have the self-confidence to make their own decisions, voice their opinions, and make positive choices in regards to their personal health, safety, and self-esteem. The group will meet weekly for discussions, activities and guest speakers. Joanne has already created a Resource and Programming Guide for the program.
