OZONE LAYER UV>RAYS PROTECTANT AND C1 CHLORINE ISOLATION

Gather people to support me.Draw a plan where a tower can be created or dome reflectant off polar stratoshphere where c1 lies on nitric acid and with uv rays breaks down ozone molecules.If i am able to break c1 or other bad compounds to its critical point or melting/freezong point of k416.9 it will be isolated.Plan needs to be acknowledged and having a grant to support plan and create a more structured plan to support it will greatly benefit my mission in helping the earth and ozone restructure itself during spring instead of damaging it even more.
