The Problem

Peace of Mind Services provides services and programs for at risk youth. The goal is to build strong families and leaders in our society. Through after school programs, mentoring, documentary and more, we will be able to make and impact in our community. There is a 6% increase in high school dropout and an increase in teen pregnancy. We are hoping to help improve grades, attendance, self-esteem and decrease the raising numbers of youth volience, high school dropout and teen pregnancy. Plan of Action

I am talking with schools in the area to get more children enrolled into the program. There has been a big impact already because I share my story and because I am still young the children listen and love me. I can relate to these kids because I actually walked in there shoes. I know what it's like not to have a father, mother always gone, low self esteem, and a teenage parent. I beleive I can lead and guide these kids on the right path and let help them understand the importance of education. The vision is to be a national established organization that provides educational, spirtual and cultural programs to at risk youth, their parents and low income needy families, so that they can achieve their highest potential and become significant leaders in every aspect of our society.
