The Problem

Peace petals is trying to solve the problem of being lonely and unhappy and our goal is to create a happier environment for everyone. Our mission is to bring smiles to everyone we encounter by providing free "recycled" flowers for them to enjoy. We believe that the simple kind act of giving one flowers can really make a difference in someone's day and ultimately make them feel happier.

Plan of Action

My mother is a florist so first we take in the flower arrangements from previous jobs. Rather than her throwing these "unwanted" flowers away, we take them in and rearrange them into smaller arrangements so they can be put to good use. We then take the smaller flower arrangements and tie them together with a ribbon or put them in vases and deliver them to places all around central Florida. We deliver to places such as retirement homes and hospitals. When we get there, we go room to room, if possible, to deliver them to their patients. Then we go to pickup the used vases when they are not needed anymore so we can reuse them the next time we meet.
