Within this movement I want to create examples of positive in the minds of upcoming generations. Positive in the minds of youth between the ages of 13-18 years of age. I want examples of prosperity and realistic testimonies to be made from personal experiences, as well as examples from peers. The problem that I am trying to solve is the miscommunications, the misunderstandings within this world, deceptions to surface into reality, being exposed, showing the actual worth of the materialisitic things in life. Exposing the reasons why poverty, crime rates, negative exists in this world. One specific purpose of this particular establishment is to serve the interest of youth and upcoming generations. The problem within today’s society is that no one has taken the initiative to reflect positive upon today’s youth. With today’s youth being the upcoming generation and our future leaders, they must be given examples and role models to understand the importance of presentation within society. They must be rooted and grounded and taught the essentials and attributes that success demands.

Today’s youth have been deceived, mislead, and misguided by materialistic things as well as the fame lifestyle, Sex, Lust and Violence. It is the current generation’s duty, job to set examples for upcoming future leaders. There is a specific need for this program, considering that many teenagers do not have any positive influences in their lives and no one to lead them in a prosperous direction. This program will help teenagers gain insight and understand the true values of life. There will be windows and doors of opportunities of prosperity. Examples and testimonials will explain how prosperity is accomplished.

Equation: p x n=p² Motto: Persuasion for Positive Measure Purpose: Motivate Upcoming Generations/Inspire Youth The explanation for the equation is: in every situation in life weather it maybe a positive situation or a negative situation, in the end there is always a positive lesson learned. The number 2, which is second power stands for, there is two ways that you may take a situation that has been encountered, For better or for worse. For good or bad. Either you learn from it, or it becomes worse. I would like for the conversations to be in the format of Rap Sessions, calm environments, comfortable environments, so that the atmosphere of the room could be free and relaxed, and so that the youth and others are able to ask and answer questions and adapt, cope, comprehend to the lecture that is given. I want a solid team of ladies and gentleman that feel that they want to give back to the younger generation, and help our upcoming generation to grasp a hold of a view towards success. In the future, I would like positive influences such as actors, actresses, athletes, music artist to contribute to peep the equation. I would like them to share their experiences and give examples on how to become successful. I would like to hold events for youth, such as Automotive shows, Concerts, Carnivals, Extra Curricular events that will be informative as well as educational. I would like for this movement to come into collaboration with other corporations. I would like to use this establishment for a networking tool for business, unity and growth.

At this specific time, I am only one person that is building the foundation of this establishment. I am in need of determined individuals that acknowledge the need of change. If possible, I am also in need of sponsers, I need a network of individuals that are capable of contacting people in coporate arena's and so forth. ETC. When this project is established, through different times, there will be different needs.
