Starting a Performing Arts Program in Indy Met High School

Because the school does not have any kind of program for the arts. There are many students that have amazing talent but cant do anything about since we have no program for them. I cant sit idly by when there is talent and there is nothing we can do about it. Yes the school helps a little by giving internships...but what about scholarships. What if a student wants a dance, violin, or acting scholarship. So please, give any assistance as possible. I'm only doing this out the kindness of my heart, nothing more. the plan of action:
Asking for any donations from instruments, music, and money. My church is getting involved by donating. My other action is if savethemusic and dosomething can give as much assistance to the school for my club.
