tring to stop animals getting tooken out of pounds just to be tested

50why it's important:
we will send a petion to some pounds stating that to not give away animals to testers so that the animals wont die or get hurt
the plan of action:
1.i will gather 50-100 signatures
2.i will send the letter to pounds that have been giving away animals to testers
how you can get involved:
they can sigh the petion
