The Problem

Children's feelings and emotions are often chaotic during the time of a hurricane or natural disaster and the Pillowcase Project helps them to be ready and not so worried and out of control.

Plan of Action

I worked with the Red Cross and my Robotics team to create a team to go to the elementary schools on the Coast to give the presentations. I believe the presentation has prepared kids to not be afraid of the storms, but to be ready.
