The Problem

Polished Girlz serves children with special needs or frequent hospitalizations and offers peer to peer support and education by polishing cool nail art on their nails and teaching them about the importance of handwashing.

Plan of Action

The Polished Girlz continue to serve support groups, and Childrens Hospitals by polishing the childrens nails with unique artwork and sharing information about how clean hands save lives and reduce infection. We will continue to serve these groups as requested as long as volunteers are available. We also serve adult females with disabilities because we believe that we are all Girlz at heart. We have made signifigant impact in the areas of our clients self percetion and hope to make an impact on their rates of illness in the future.
