Posters for the Animals

the problem:

people are buying puppies and other animals from local pet stores with out asking where the pet store gets thier pets from.

vital stats:

people impacted:

100

people involved:

15

why it's important:

whats important to me is that animals and thier parents are treated well. It hurts to know that there are so many animals that get abused and dont get the proper nurishment and love they need.me and you CAN help!

the plan of action:

My plan is to make posters and hang them up at local pet stores informing the people to ask questions when they are buying an animal from a pet store or friend. they probibly need to make shure what kind of animal thay want because if they choose and the wrong type of amimal they may end up abusing it because they dont know how to control the animal. This happens alot in pet ownership.

how you can get involved:

You can help by getting a group of people to come with you and hang up posters at local pet store and grocery stores to inform people to ASK QUSTIONS when buying a pet.

My name is Elycia. I live in Roan Mountain, T.N. I run a Pet sanctuary out of my home. 100% of the animals I take in are destined to the pound, on "death row" at a shelter, or rescued from abusive homes, or off the street. Here is a link to my cause, I think we would be able to support each other for the greater cause of our furry companions.
