Project Donate is to help sick animals and healthy animals in the process of about to go to adoptions to find a good home. Companion Animal Rescue League (C.A.R.L.) is a non-profit animal rescue group made up entirely of volunteers. The rescue group has at least 20 members. • We do not operate a shelter • Rely on volunteer foster homes to house and care for the pets in our program. • All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for heartworms (dogs) or FIV/FeLV (cats) prior to adoption. • Most pets are also microchipped. As a volunteer-only organization, the number of pets we can help is limited by the number of foster homes we have available to care for them. C.A.R.L. is LEAGAL licensed rescue group by the Department of Agriculture and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). C.A.R.L. is a non-profit and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt rescue group. C.A.R.L. needs donations in order to save lives and to keep the expenses down in price.
