The Problem

This project is for explaining and evaluating the fundamentals of well being and physical fitness. This will focus on the aspects from baby to adulthood, and what we need to do as a community to ensure that we will have the right tools to educate our friends and families inhealth and fitness

Plan of Action

I first want to start by just getting some overall intakes on how people live and their day to day struggles. By learning about people's everyday living and what their diets are like we could try to give some insite on what we could change or cut back on
