The Problem

I want to show others that I am there for them. That is why a team of others and myself travel internationally once a year, and provide a helping hand to those in need. We travel to poor countries to give help and hope. We help to let them know that they are not alone in their situation and we give hope by encouraging and showing compassion.

Plan of Action

My plan of action is to sacrifice my time, money, friends, and summer vacation to be a light to others. This is an ongoing project that I plan on continuing my whole life. It began in 2006 when the youth group at my church paired up with Partnership International. Myself and 3 others traveled to Honduras and gave our assistance to people in rural areas. Since then I have been to the UK, New Orleans, and this summer I will take a trip to Haiti.
