The Problem

Enhance youth communication via essential and cutting edge platforms. We provide youth with training & guidance to use their voice to make the necessary changes within their own communities. These youth are part of the vulnerable, underserved and at-risk populations which are most often are not heard or assisted. We are training these kids to learn to help themselves and each other and understand that their needs are important and that most importantly, they can do something about it.

Plan of Action

Last year was our first Project Voice conference. With the positive feedback we received, we would like to make it an annual conference. Last year we hosted two of the original Freedom Writers who spoke to our group and shared their experience. This year we would like to do something just as inspirational. We also hosted several agencies/groups that support youth learning & awareness. We will be putting together the same up lifting and supportive program this year. We are currently polling groups of kids state wide asking for their interests for this years conference.
