Teens Leveraging Change ~ The TLC Club....Quarters for a Cure Campaign - Tackling Lousy Cancer

The American Family Children's Hospital has a website called Our UW Health. This website allows you to create your own personal donation page. You can fundraise for the hospital program of your choice. We have created our donation page, and have chosen to fundraise for the "Beat Childhood Cancer Research Fund". We will be sending an email to all of our friends and family asking for a donation, as well as some businesses we think may support our campaign. We are also describing the project on our website, and providing a link to the donation website. We will also do a Facebook post. We are challenging our family to donate at least 25 cents - thus the title: "Quarters for a Cure". Of course, if they can donate more, that would be great. The point is that even a small donation can do a lot of good when combined with other people's donations. The money raised goes to research for a cure of childhood cancer!
