The Problem

We've seen the need for adequate transportation for women transitioning to a sustainable way of life, especially after leaving a domestic violence situation. They do not have a car and often do not have any way but walking to get from point A to point B. We've met the need by supplying bicycles in working condition.

Plan of Action

We have emailed the local YWCA and Lost Boys of Sudan association to connect with them about donating bikes. We have donated 5 bikes and even received a thank you letter from a woman staying in a domestic violence shelter! We plan to be a conduit between those who want to give their old/ used bikes and those who need them.
