The Problem

Our Reach 4 Peace Picnic consists of multiple business and organizations setting up booths and providing helpful information to the community. This provides a toolkit of information for families in the community. By inviting other non-profits to distribute helpful information about their organizations has proven to be a very successful partnership with benefits for both the organization and the community. It is a fun way to promote community awareness and community togetherness. We provide free food and free activities for the whole family. We will also have health care specialist on site to provide free screenings for the youth and adults.

Plan of Action

We are reaching out to local business and nonprofit organization to set up a booth for free. We are also reaching out to local restaurants for donations of food and drinks. We will coordinate a variety of activities from local event resource center to display games free for the youth. We are also in touch with the local Medical Center and have invited them to come and give from health screening as well as dental.
