The Problem

 Our Reaching Out for a New Life Project helps people in need with money, food, and clothes. We fundraised for the victims of the Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina. We carried out food and clothes drives to donate to shelters in Boston. We have also created a $1000 Scholarship for a graduating senior in our school. Our Reaching Out for a New Life Project promotes high academic standards among our members. Students must have a 3.00 GPA to be in our club. If students are struggling with a subject, they are encouraged to work with a tutor after school. We are a family and we work as a community in the classroom!

Plan of Action

Project Updates

The Reaching out for a New Life has been a tremendous success in our school. Last year, we donated toys for 20 homeless children and kitchen supplies for the children' mothers at a women's shelter.

We also collected 32 boxes with clothes for another shelter in Boston.

We raised $300 for the Pennies for Patients' Campaign.

We collected 330 pound in canned food for a food pantry in Boston.

This project has been successful since its beginning.
