The Problem

All kids do not have access to new books. I want new books to be available to ALL children in Inkster, Michigan.

Why It's Important

In 2008, the Josie Odum Morris Literacy Project, Inc.(JOMLP), will start a Red Wagon Summer Program in the La Moyne Gardens neighborhood in Inkster, Michigan. The purpose of the Red Wagon Summer Program is to make new books available to children. Also, it is intended to develop meaningful and sustainable relationships between JOMLP and the children and their families.

Hi! I think being able to read is one of the most important things people need to know. I go through books all the time and was wondering if I was to send you books that I've read, would it be helpful?
