The Problem

The problem that we are trying to solve is insufficient awareness toward nature and little amount of vegetation around our school. This is a problem not only in our school but also around the whole city, chiefly due to the climate. It is in our hands to make Ankara and our school campus a more beautiful place by planting more trees.

Plan of Action

1.Specifying a location for the project – The area around the pond in Bilkent, Ankara (Turkey) 2.For the reforestation project to take place, we either need funds or sponsors; so we are going to: (a). Search for possible sponsors, (b). Search for an initial price on reforestation of specific areas 3.Organizing fundraisers in order to compensate for the financial needs of the project. 4.Reforesting the forest! Organizing forestry plantation events and educating the community to take good care of these plants.
