Regaining Your Life After Anxiety

the problem:

I want this organization to be an outreach group of sorts. I am recovering from anxiety that had rendered me house-bound and I had nobody to help me along; nobody that understood enough to give me the support I needed. I know that I cannot be the only person in my area suffering from this type of disorder, and I know that I am not the only person who feels that they have to recover, isolated and alone. There is no outreach group or anything of that sort to help anxiety recoverers regain their lives, so I decided to make one of my own. Everyone can get together once or twice a week, talk about our personal experiences, teach and learn from each other and give each other the support and help we need to get our lives back and begin to truly live again.
