The Problem

To introduce young athletes in urban communities like Brooklyn, The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island to Lacrosse, the fastest growing sport in the East Coast, and to encourage sportsmanship, fitness and healthy living through team play.

Plan of Action

(re)LAX is a student run organization that seeks donations of gently used lacrosse equipment. The donations are used to outfit community lacrosse programs in urban areas. The program is designed to introduce young athletes in these communities to the sport and to encourage sportsmanship, fitness and healthy living through team play.
