The Problem

The goal of my project is suicide prevention and awareness. There is a bridge in my town that many people come to jump off of. The idea is to use art at the site as a way to show community awareness of the issue and also show that the community cares.

Plan of Action

I will be creating a mural on the sidewalks of a bridge in my hometown. The theme is reasons to live. I have contacted local Sheriffs, Supervisors, Public Works, and Health and Human Services officials. I am in the process of getting the project approved and have had amazing responses so far.
