The Problem

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is an organization that funds the research for and the education of blood cancers. We volunteered for the Rock&Roll 1/2 Marathon in order to help LLS to achieve their goal.

Plan of Action

After contacting the event coordinators, we were assigned a water station. We helped set up, pour water or cytomax into paper cups, then handed them out to runners or walkers as they passed by. We cheered them on for the last 0.1 mile.
