The Problem

I am the president and founder of the Run Life Club at the Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida. Every year Run Life Club sponsors a child with disablities from the Wolfson Children's Hospital. Last year we sponsored Matthew Taylor, a child with Cerebal Palsy, doctors said he would never walk. Today he runs cross country for his middle school team and has completed a half marathon. Run Life Club raises funds to help pay for Taylor's many, expensive surgeries that allow him to continue to run. This year, Run Life Club is sponsoring a young girl named Jaelyn. She has Cystic Fibrosis, and she participates in an activity called Girls on the Run. Run Life Club will raise funds to help pay for her medical care, and we will continue to get to know Jaelyn and her family as we got to know the Taylors.
