Rutgers Biking in Downtown New Brunswick

Rutgers University has four campuses and between each campus there is a small county or city. The areas are much polluted by university buses and other vehicles from Route 18 and Route 1. Instead of driving or riding the bus, I want to suggest biking to college students. In order to promote biking to students, we need to have safer roads (bike lanes) for them before we starting to see more accidents on the roads.
