The Problem

Memorial Hall is one of the oldest buildings in Pueblo, Colorado. It is a classic stage that many of Pueblo's youth performs on. But it needs a 10 million dollar renovation in order to revive itself and increase population in our downtown area.

Plan of Action

Renovating Memorial Hall is going to be a ballot issue this November. My main group of 15 members and countless other community members are going to begin campaigning soon. We will be spreading awareness of Memorial Hall and hopefully pass the ballot issue. The City would like to use a vendor fee to pay for the $10 million renovation. My group has already convinced the members of City Council that Memorial Hall is something that the city cares about. A Resolution of Intent (for the Ballot issue) is to be resolved soon.
