Save Rodgers Theatre

As part of my 4-H Emerald Star Project, I am raising money to re-open our town's only movie theatre by collecting cash donations, aluminum cans, plastic, and glass bottles from my community, schools, and 4-H groups in Tehama County. I collect and recycle all donated recyclables. I planned to raise $1,000.00 about a mounth ago when I began this project, but I have decided to up my goal to $2,000.00 because of some very generous donations that I have received from the community. The theatre closed down about two years ago because of some much needed help. The roof, chairs, air conditioning, electrical,and plumbing needs to be replaced. Corning, California is my hometown. This is a small town in Northern California. I used to go to the theatre and hang out. The kids of Corning need something to do and somewhere safe to go. Please help me re-open Rodger's Theatre!
