The Problem

I live in a very overpopulated area when it comes to animals, and the shelter only has 14 kennels for dogs and few for cats, not enouph space for them all. They fill up each week, and once a month all animals are killed regardless how long they have been there no exceptions. The facebook page i started helps pull animals from the shelter, find foster homes, and adopters, it helps get them spayed and neutered and taken out of state to loving families!

Plan of Action

I will use the money to 1: Get suplies for the shelter, blankets, toys, treats. 2: Pull animals and have them spayed/neutered at the local low cost spay/neuter program. Together we have all helped many animals get to NJ and be pulled/adopted. 2- mom and families, 3 litters of puppies, VERY many cats, and unsocial, animals.

Project Updates

The grant i recieved from Do Something.org helped SO much! I was able to purchase wormer for the shelter, toys, colars, and leashes for the dogs and cats. I was able to donate to several dogs to get spayed/neutered. And build a new pen for foster dogs! Many dogs have been saved due to the grant that Do Something Awarded me.

Pictures uploaded of some of the new fosters. One of my personal dog, and a puppy at the shelter.

Will upload pictures of some of the things i got with my grant, later :)
