Saving Some Green
the problem:
With the help of my younger brother, we posted flyers all over our town on some tips to save energy. These tips came from the DoSomething top reasons of global warming and how to save energy. Here in my town, the majority of the kids either walk to school or are driven by a parent. This causes a bus to arrive and pick up only one or two kids. WASTE OF GAS!!! So, although global warming is a large issue, it has receded into the background. With these flyers we're hoping to remind everyone how to save energy and how to save some cash as well. Doing this project I got to meet many people running their own shops and businesses here. I also got to spend an afternoon with my brother and hit the cafe on the way back. It was a good bike ride as well. Save your energy, save the planet, save some cash for your pocket!

That is a totally awesome idea. My town is really bad on the environment because other than hardly any hybrid cars, the recycling bins are way far out! Nice idea and you really gave me an idea for my town! thanx! :)
