SWAG is a non-profit organization that strives to be the catalyst in the development of socially conscious leaders by empowering high-potential students to realize and strengthen their leadership qualities, while inspiring a commitment to service.Through leadership training and an innovative curriculum, our students identify ways to transform their communities by developing projects of their own aimed at identifying and solving a specific issue. Through these projects students recruit the support of the entire community-- friends, family, and others-- to execute their solutions. Our students use their SWAG to help transform their community and are subsequently given the opportunity to expand the reach of their programs. This tangible impact allows the students to see the changes they can create and positions them to be the individuals who lead change.
