The Problem

We are tired of people giving like crazy to people overseas, who matter a whole lot but still, and by passing the people in their own community. Even though we are planning to do another project for people overseas, we think its time someone helped locally.

Plan of Action

We will have either a fundraiser to buy supplies to fill the shoe boxes, or have a collection for items. Then we will fill the shoeboxes with the items, which will include a little new testament, and an encouraging note from us. And finally, we will deliver the shoe boxes to the homeless shelter.

We got a reply from Wayside Christian Mission!
they are willing to receive the shoe boxes! i am so excited!!!!!
we need to choose a date to go to the shelter and a date to have a fundraiser... and ideas for the fundraiser...
