the problem:
Eraticate the gross lack of wealth in the Hispanic and African American communities by giving financial freedom expos and starting investment clubs. Also provinding for the redevelopment of devistated communites after natural/man-made disasters.

20why it's important:
It is important to me because as a black male I understand that even though Black people are the least paid, of all the races they make up 65% of the buying power in America,and the hispanic numbers although better arent so by much. Secondly, as a person who lived through the devistation of Hurricane Katrina, I understand the problems that citizens of devistated communities deal with when they feel like they have been forgotten by federal and/or local governments.
the plan of action:
There is a four-fold plan of action for the orginization
1. Create an investment guide to explain the asset classes and how to invest in them
2. Find A Larger location capable of efectively meeting the orginizations growth needs
3. Collecting dues from the members of the orginization to make investments.
4. Use the returns on those investments to provide grants to businesses and other organizations affected by disasters, and to contribute to the finiancial freedom of our members

Teachers can help by signing up for our team leader cetrification classes
Land holders can help by helping us find properties
and the general population can help by joning our orginization. It is time that 95% of the wealth in the world actually be controlled by 95% of the world's population.
