The Problem

The earthquake in Haiti affected many people including children. Many were killed, injured, or left orphaned. There is a lot of need in Haiti right now including water, food, shelter, and healthcare. We think that the children also need to have fun and they love to play soccer. Our goal is to bring hope back to the children of Haiti by shipping soccer balls. We hope that this will get their minds off of the bad things that are happening in Haiti.

Plan of Action

We have set up a website and passed out flyers to raise awareness. We have set up collection bins and staffed a table during a soccer tournament to help us reach our goals. We have collected and sent 1,554 soccer balls reaching over 34,188 kids who have played with them.
