Soccer Festival for Physically Challenged Children and Young Adults

As a community building based idea, my vision is to provide a soccer festival for wheelchair based, physically challenged, and special needs children and young adults in the county. My intention is to team up with area businesses, Cape Fear Soccer Association, and the New Hanover County Council of PTA's in order to get the communication out to the children in community.
