Sustainability has become an important aspect of companies, universities and even high schools. The EPA, FPL, and U.S Green Building Council has boasted the effects of sustainability; linking sustainability to improvements of improved grades, positive outlook on school, sense of accomplishment and of course the financial benefits. The sustainability club participate in several competitions from the do something organizations and pursue numerous grants and scholarships upon completion of projects. The club will teach students the benefits of living a sustainable lifestyle and inform them of our environmental impact. By presenting students with the reason for why we should recycle, and why not to use bottled water. They will be more conscious of their impact on the environment.
