The Problem

There are many homeless people in my community. Well also if I might add there are many less fortunate people who cannot afford the basic hygiene items that are a necessity in life such as toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc.

Plan of Action

My plan of action would be to buy trash cans and put a label sticker on them that says hygiene items. I would start this off in my church. I honestly think this would get the community more involved. They would probably start caring. We can't just keep looking down on the less fortunate people. I mean yeah recycling is important, but if we could help the less fortunate people in any way we can, maybe this could lead to them wanting to make a change in their own lives, then the community, then the world.
